Resolving Myself to Become a Writer

The table of contents has changed from the page I've shown. There will be no appendixes in the book. The solutions which are the appendixes are in the conclusion, now. The full designs and business development of the designs listed as appendixes are not going to be part of this book. I'm still working on part two, the effects of rape culture in the USA, looking forward to working more on the conclusion because its the only positive news in the book. I labor to finish the complete manuscript by August 1st.

Rough Drafting Begins in Earnest

Hello patrons, friends and readers. I have published the first part of what is now certainly going to be a book,  Rape Culture: the American nightmare . You will notice the endnotes are in the text but not provided at the end. This is because my one laptop which still works well enough to type on has developed problems more expensive to fix than it would be to get a new laptop. I have no money whatsoever as I continue to be homeless. Still, I have transferred the document to Google docs where I now work on it as much as I can, public library hours allowing. I have all citations as a hardcopy and so assure readers those citations are real, academically credible and will be in a future publication. Thank you for your time and consideration on this very serious and important topic.

Insurance Fraud for Rape Culture

Insurance Fraud for Rape Culture In this part there is an abridged history of what, today, is called insurance fraud and the legal definition of insurance fraud is put into historical context.  In historical context, insurance fraud is better understood as a betrayal of the public trust. This is the contention because financial insurance, such companies, have not always existed while rape culture has long existed. Insurance in a broader historical context has always existed as some trust among people held in public--as public trust or in the absolute sense the public health.  What is expressly called insurance, today, is the continued tradition of a trust for everyone--the concept and investment in public trust. An early example, pre dating insurance companies, would be the public trust regarding drinking water. Today, insurance companies and governments assure the people on all such matters but in the past it may have been churches (promoting the idea of a common good)
