I need an apartment to finish my book. The shelter life is such there is no peace, just sleep. Its been a slow decline of my productivity since becoming homeless. The HUD and BOLI investigations didn't begin until a nearly a year after I was Evicted. They are ongoing still, now for months. Central City Concern has restored some of my confidence in Portland's healthcare professionals community. On Friday I was assured by my psychologist and DV advocate I have a referral from CCC for free legal aid to deal with my stalkers, ID thieves and family members who collaborate as they stole from my late grandmother and father, their estates. I was the executor for both estates, their theft and criminal organization with a local psychopath/cyberstalker is easily proven. I was also told by the BEST team, which helps CCC clients with Social Security claims, my case now four years old is now a slam dunk--I'm sure to get a disability award for medical malpractice done to me and PTSD as exacerbated by my stalkers and moral degenerates in general. Last week I met with the Portland Police. It was a meeting set up by my domestic violence advocate and psychologist at Central City Concern, regarding a person who has been stalking me for 20 years. In that time has created accounts using my name and picture and harassed others. Those people then report me as stalking and harassing them. Dozens of people have been electronically harassed by him as he frames me for his creepy behavior. He began stalking me when he was still a boy, a teenager. Its too bad he wasn't aborted because this person has always been a horrible, mean, predatory person. He was a troll in chat rooms I frequented, usually to talk about politics. He would scroll the same messages, hateful messages, over and over so nobody else in the chat room could enjoy it--the screen full of his ranting, always interrupting others who were chatting.
